The Inside Club Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1, or in the section where they are first used.
1.1 “Authorized Devices” means those mobile, desktop, or other devices with which the Services can be accessed and used.
1.2 “Content” means code, content, fonts, graphics, designs, documents, comments or materials used to deliver the Services.
1.3 “Documentation” means the materials made available by The Inside Club describing policies and procedures of members and guests for the operation of the Services.
1.4 “Services” The Inside Club offers members-only membership and access to the facility which is detailed in the Membership Agreement (signed separately).
1.5 “Membership Agreement” means a document signed by both Parties identifying the Membership Services to be made available by The Inside Club pursuant to this Agreement.
1.6 “3rd Party Service” means add-on modules made available within the Services and delived as part of the service offerings. Bootstrap Admin Templates will use reasonable efforts to support Member’s use of 3rd Party Services but disclaims all warranties as to such.
1.7 “Guest” means anyone whom a legitimate Member brings on to the premises that is not a Member of the Inside Club. This will include, as examples, spouses, relatives, friends, co-workers, associates and minors.
To access certain features or make purchases, you may be required to register and provide accurate, complete information including name, email address, billing information, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases, including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing or terminate services at any time, with notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
